BOXING TRAINING AT KBC
Boxing training is an extremely demanding, yet fun and rewarding regimen of physical and mental conditioning that improves participants' physical health and develops keen problem solving skills. Boxing requires its participants to think concisely, pay attention to detail, set goals, exercise self-control and constantly persevere toward success both in and out of the ring.

At the Knowledge Boxing Center you will find a fun, friendly, respectful, supportive, yet demanding, environment to help you meet your fitness, self-defense and/or competitive goals! Under our porven training curriculum you will: lose weight, build strength, improve health, gain confidence and learn how to fight!
